Website prices are invitations to treat, not offers. A contract exists only when Craton Metals issues a written confirmation stating weight, fineness, price, Incoterms, and settlement.

Title passes according to the confirmed Incoterms and after cleared funds. Risk in transit follows the same confirmation and the insurer’s policy.

We may cancel a quote if KYC fails, assay differs from representation, or sanctions screening hits. Market-move cancellations after a lock are governed by the confirmation, not by the website ticker.

Governing law: Uganda, unless the confirmation names another venue. Have counsel replace this paragraph if you trade under English law or DIFC.
