Are the prices on the site a contract?
No. They are indicative asks over live spot. A trade is a written confirmation after KYC.
Can I pay by card like JM Bullion?
Not at launch. Wire (and agreed escrow) keeps bullion pricing honest. Card economics add several percent — we would rather show a tight premium.
Do you store gold like BullionVault?
Allocated storage can be arranged with a professional vault; it is not a 24/7 P2P exchange. Taking metal home is a separate logistics quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. See logistics. You own import duty and local tax advice.
Are you LBMA members?
No. We do not fake badges. Read compliance.
What is the smallest order?
Retail starts at 1 g bars. Wholesale conversation starts at 1 kg.
How fast do you reply?
Same business day, 08:00–18:00 East Africa Time, Monday–Friday.
