2. KYC before metal
Individuals: government ID, proof of address, source of funds. Companies: registration, directors, beneficial owners. We screen sanctions lists. If that feels slow, you are in the right market.
3. Assay and lock
Refined bars: serials and certificate. Dore: independent assay, then a lock against a named spot print. Funds must be cleared or in escrow.
4. Settlement
International wire only for first trades. We do not take random crypto wallets or cash at the airport. Your bank’s name must match KYC.
5. Delivery
Door, airport, or vault — see logistics. Large values split across consignments. Insurance is quoted, not assumed.
